Located on stand number 07.204 you could find our in house chef preparing Double Dutch Beef with Bonemasters Red Wine Jus and West Country Lamb with Bonemasters Lamb Glace for guests to try at the Horecava. You can’t have meat without the sauce and that is why working with Meatstreet just makes sense. We hope that all of the visitors enjoyed the high quality tastings!
In the middle of a busy week we had the pleasure of having our brand ambassador Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager Onno Kokmeijer of the two Michelin star awarded Ciel Bleu Restaurant (Okura Hotel Amsterdam) visit the stand. This was a great opportunity to take some photos and for Onno to meet the staff and clients of Meatstreet and Bonemasters Europe.
