Bonemasters Europe was thrilled to we welcome Tom Milligan, President and Philippe Mouchel, Vice President of Bocuse d’Or Academy Australia to Bonemasters Europe HQ in January. Both Tom and Philippe are highly esteemed in their professions, with years of industry knowledge all over the world. In Europe for the Bocuse d’Or finale, CEO Conrad Brown invited Tom and Philippe to the plant so they could witness first hand our detailed production process.

Sirha Trade Show and Bocuse d’Or…
Bonemasters made its first 2019 Trade Show appearance at Sirha Lyon. The show was a huge success with many exciting opportunities opening up. Bonemasters also cheered on Bocuse d’Or Australia in the grand finale.
