A huge congratulations to competition winner Chef Neil Walker

Bonemasters Europe is thrilled to provide a first place trophy. We loved the creativity and salute to his hero Captain Tom Moore with his take on the ration pack.

Chef Neil created a Beef Pithivier (potato terrine, mushroom duxelles, baby spinach, slow cooked 20hr beef cheeks, seared beef fillet & pickled carrots and wild asparagus wrapped in savoy cabbage and Neil’s puff pastry) with an M&V sauce (cooking liquor from beef cheeks, beetroot, celeriac, carrots, zucchini) beef & mushroom tea (consommé), corned beef and confit chicken terrine with piccalilli & kohlrabi remoulade, rich tea biscuits topped with chocolate and an earl grey martini cocktail.
