This week we were excited to attend our first Gastvrij Rotterdam trade show. This was a great way for us to celebrate our one year anniversary of Bonemasters Europe.
Along with our Distributor for the Netherlands, Meatstreet, it was a great opportunity to get amongst the Horeca crowd. We showcased three of our reduction products:Â Veal Glace, Red Wine Jus and our new product Duck Jus. Our products were used in conjunction with the premium meat products that Meatstreet have to offer.
