The team at Ciel-Bleu cooked a Sous Vide Lamb Rump with Lamb Jus Hollandaise, which is just one of the creative ways that you can use our reduction products. The beauty behind the Bonemasters range is that you can use them as they are or add them to a signature dish to create something new and exciting. We also got to try Sous Vide Duck Breast with Chocolate Duck Jus, an interesting twist on a traditional flavour; we loved it! Lastly we got to try Slow Cooked Beef Neck with Red Wine Jus which highlighted our Bonemasters philosophy of Pure Ingredients for Serious Kitchens.
