In February 2020 Bonemasters Europe has the great pleasure of welcoming Paul Chia to the team. Paul will be taking on the task of representing Bonemasters Europe… but in Asia! If you have been following our story you will know that we have been working quietly on the market in Singapore since 2019 and it only makes sense that the next step is bringing Paul on board to lead the growth in South-East Asia.

About Paul Chia
Paul is a chef by trade who offers Bonemasters key knowledge of the market in South-East Asia. Paul understands what a chef needs and what quality they are looking for in a product. Paul’s love of food has been something instilled in him from when he was a child- “The whole affair started when I was 10; where I first started the ground work in my Dad’s restaurant”. Following a childhood of being surrounded by good food, Paul started his professional career as a chef when he was 18.
Paul worked his way up to his first Executive Chef posting back at the Sheraton Guiyang, China. Following this, he opened a few other hotel properties including The Luxury Collection Nanjing, China and then the first vessel for Norwegian Cruise Lines, Norwegian Joy, for the China Market which held 4800 passengers. Paul worked his way from a chef to managing Violet Oon Singapore- a group of restaurants with 5 distinctive outlets and as of the 1st of February he is taking on a new challenge with Bonemasters Europe.
