On the 2nd of December from 7:00 am Bonemasters Europe, in collaboration with chefs David and Noëlle Faure, will have a tasting at METRO Nice. This will be a tasting of the Bonemasters Europe product range and will be a great chance to learn more about the quality of our products.
What’s on the menu?
- Gnocchi with Porcini mushrooms and a foam of Bonemasters’ Red Wine Jus
- Cod filet, candied squash, duck breast tartare with Bonemasters’ Duck Jus garnished with smoked herring pearls in squid ink
- Côte de Boeuf with roasted Pommes de Terre Grenailles served with Bonemasters’ Veal Glace and wasabi
- Bonemasters’ Chicken Stock with dashi and seaweed, shrimp, spring onion and foam
