On the 25th of November from 7:00 am Bonemasters Europe, in collaboration with chefs David and Noëlle Faure, will have a tasting at METRO Nice. This will be a tasting of the Bonemasters Europe product range and will be a great chance to learn more about the quality of our products.
What’s on the menu?
- Beef cheek cooked as a stew with Bonemasters’ Red Wine Jus, grilled bacon and mushroom.
- Pan-fried foie gras with a hot foam of Bonemasters’ Duck Jus
- Lamb shoulder confit, stuffed gnocchi served with Bonemasters’ Lamb Glace
- Scallops and mashed apple with sea urchin coral and Bonemasters’ Chicken Jus
