Here at Bonemasters Europe we work to achieve the highest quality products. We control quality at every level of our production through well evaluated processes. By applying strict rules on the management of bones and other fresh ingredients as well as the environment they are cooked in we can guarantee the highest quality every time. Our management system is FSSC 22000 certified through DNV GL.

Our internal quality plan ensures that we meet the international standards for hygiene, chain control, food fraud and defense as well as export and of course our product. We have a state of the art production software system that allows us to track ingredients from the moment they enter our facility, right through production and into the finish product.

Bonemasters Europe is an FDA approved facility.

Based in the South of the Netherlands, Bonemasters has access to the freshest ingredients all year round. Bonemasters Europe’s products are free from additives and preservatives, rendering 100% natural in flavor and color.

Stocks are the heart and soul of any serious kitchen, that is why we cook our stock using a traditional open kettle method. Our Stocks can be used as a traditional base for soup making, braising, sauces and risotto among many other dishes.

Bonemasters Jus comes from natural stock reductions cooked using a traditional open kettle method. Our Jus can be used as it is on steak and other meats or can be used as the base for your restaurant specialties.

Glace is an intense reduction over many hours that is closely monitored to ensure optimal quality every time. Using our method we are able to ensure the same level of reduction for every cook. Our Glace is ready to accent your dishes without any further cooking.
