Our Jus can be used as it is on steak and other meats or can be used as the base for your restaurant specialties.

Red Wine Jus
About: This product is made from our Veal Glace with an additional Red Wine Reduction. Our Red Wine Jus combines the caramel like texture from the Veal, while highlighting the Grape flavours extracted from the Wine. Our Red Wine Jus is a ready to plate consistency. Our Red Wine Jus takes on the colour of the Grape, making it Crimson in finish.
Allergen Information: Contains Celery and Sulphur dioxide & Sulfites (Red Wine Reduction). Gluten Free, free from thickeners, colours and preservatives and 100% natural.
